He served the Indian Army for 24 years and during the tenure, was assigned with several key responsibilities for crucial projects of national interest and importance. He has been an Accomplished Scholar and has earned Post Graduate degrees in English, Defense Studies, Labor Studies, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He further went on to accomplish a Doctorate in Defense Studies while serving in the Indian Army. He is one of the renowned Academicians of the Country and is also a visiting faculty member for various Indian & Foreign Universities.

A Mechanical and Automation engineer & an MBA, from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), New York Mr. Singh joined Skylark Group in 2008 as Manager Operations and got promoted to the post of CEO in 2011. He is a second generation Entrepreneur and is also one of the leading Professionals in the Infrastructure domain in the country. With a strong focus on Business Development & Project Implementation he intends to take Skylark to Great Heights. He is a team player and believes in developing Leaders and Achievers in the company.

His passion for heights and speed inspired him to train as a Commercial Pilot in the US. After finishing his education he joined the business in 2010. With a deep knowledge of Finance and Procurement he has not only earned respect but also established himself as a true professional. He played key role in and headed ERP implementation at Skylark. An effective leader and motivator he is always full of ideas and solutions.

Has over 35 years of experience in construction business and has been actively involved in running of major construction projects. He took Volunteer Retirement in 2006 from Border Roads Organisation and worked in various esteemed organisations such as Continental Engineering Corporation, Soma Enterprise Ltd and IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited before joining our organisation in 2018. He has worked in difficult and tough areas of North Eastern states of India for about 17 years during his tenure in Border Roads Organisation. He has specialisation in execution of various construction projects.

Mr Dewan has strong team leadership skills and the ability to delegate effectively. He, in conjunction with the Group Directors, developed a business plan setting out the strategies which will deliver the organisations longer-term goals. His leadership abilities and expertise in the area of construction have been instrumental in the growth and success of our company.

He has Served in Indian Air Force for 20 years and after retirement in July 2004 he had joined skylark group. With a vast experience of operating over 250 toll plazas and maintaining over 7900 kms of roads & highways he is one of the most experienced highways O&M professional in India. To diversify his career further he has taken up various mining and crushing assignments in India.

He has over 10 years of experience in the field of Finance. He has gained vast exposure in handling M&A, Compliances, IPO, Debt Syndication, Project Funding, Working Capital Arrangement, Corporate Restructuring, Business Valuation, Company Law-Compliance etc. He is Accounting (Hons), Graduate, Company Secretary & Chartered Financial Analyst. willingness to take calculated risks has propelled him to the next level of growth.

He has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Development. With over 14 years with Skylark he is one of the pillars of the organization and has gained a vast exposure in handling Compliances, Employee Grievances, Appraisals, Training, Recruitment & Development. His expertise les in Leadership Development and Employee Motivation.

An Indian Army Veteran with 22 years of extensive & diverse experience in the army, where he held key appointments and positions. After serving in the army he has spent over a decade in the corporate world and has hands-on experience in various aspects of project management in the fields of security, water and power. He has held senior positions and has undertaken various leadership roles in a world renowned multinational company. He possesses excellent ability to collaborate, analyse, prioritise and deliver within strategic and organisational objectives.
